What if I already have a domain name and hosting?
You are quite welcome to use your own domain names and hosting. Dending on which service you require, upgrades to your server account may need to be implemented.

Can you redesign my current website?
Yes and we can add/remove functionality, correct features that are not working and modernise your website to current web standards.

How do I update my website?
You will receive a login and password when you join. This will enable you to update your website from anywhere in the world for free, through our (very simple) Content Management System. It is similiar to Word and designed to be used by anyone, irregardless of technical competence.

Do you provide ecommerce solutions?
Yes, we can design and build you a fully functional online shop with full ecommerce facilities to take payments online including delivery options, discounts, product information, advanced search features, product options (colours, sizes, quantities etc) and you can update the shop yourself, through an easy to use, intuitive administration section.

How can I pay?
On minimum terms, you pay 50% up front and 50% on completion by cheque, debit/credit card through our website or set up your standing order through our website. We currently use Paypal to process our online payments. This is secure and trusted. If you pay 100% up front, we offer a 10% discount.

Can I pay over the phone?
Yes. Just call us up and we can process your payment information through our website for you.

Will my website get high up in search engines?
All of our websites are built with search engine optimisation in mind. We optimise them, irregardless of whether or not you have subscribed to our SEO services. However, to enable a website to gain high rankings, it requires more work. To have your website boosted to within the first few results of Google for your selected keywords, along with thorough SEO consultancy, please consider our search engine optimisation services.

What is the client log in/administration section?
This is a secure part of our site where you can submit queries, questions or enquiries about your website, upload files to us, read our knowledge base, get questions answered from our FAQ section, download files and send us messages. It allows seamless communication between us and you. When we build your site, this is also where you can view the designs and work in progress.

Which areas do you operate in?
We can provide our website design, development and search engine optimisation (SEO) services remotely and so we can cover anywhere. If you would like us to come to you, our Hinckley office on the borders of Lecestershire/Warwickshire covers Birmingham and the West Midlands, Most of the North and all of the East Midlands including Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes, but also all of East Anglia. For the South, our Surrey-based Farnham office covers London, the South West and South East and also most of the Home Counties.
