How it works - The start to finish of how we provide our website design/development and search engine optimisation services

BR Web Services provide professional website design, development and search engine optimisation. We offer affordable, yet high quality internet solutions.

We provide a Content Management System for custom websites, allowing you to update your own site. This not only eliminates the time required to contact us and explain what you would like updating or changing, but it also costs you nothing for the first year, lets you make unlimited content updates ( text, contact details etc) and we are always available for any advice or concerns you may have have through our client administration area.

You can pay your invoice via Paypal, who will securely debit your account with the agreed amount. Alternatively, we can accept cheque, cash or take credit and debit cards over the phone or through our website. Below is how we would complete your request for a new website:

• We have an initial discussion either face to face or over the telephone
• We take down your contact details
• Discuss the proposed project
• We gather information about your site such as the number of pages, navigation/menu system, number of images etc, to get an accurate idea of your website in order to determine the cost.
• We create a proposal and quotation
• Another discussion is conducted to fine tune the proposal
• On verbal agreement, we deliver by email, fax or post the 'Statement of Services' and 'Terms and Conditions' for you to sign, this has all the details about how your site will work, amount of pages, functionality and what we have previously discussed.
• Once you are completely happy with this, you can pay 50% up front and the remainder on completion or pay the complete cost of the site (entitling you to a 10% discount).
• You will then receive an email with your login details for the client administration area, confirmation of your order and a welcome note.
• You can then give us some website addresses of sites that you like, which will help us to get an idea of your personal taste.
• You then provide us with any logos, company colour schemes and additonal information through the client admin area.
• We draft some initial concept designs for you to view
• Once you are happy with the design, we can complete the main aspects of the website
• We can then either register your domain name and hosting arrangements or you can provide us with your log in and FTP information and hostname etc
• The website is launched on our test site for you to view and provide feedback on
• We can implement any final adjustments or amendments
• You Confirm your are 100% happy with your new website and we confirm that it meets the original 'Statement of Services'.
• If you are paying 50% on completion, this is paid now and the website is launched!
