Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Your quotation is determined by the type of website, competitiveness of your market sector, keyword competiveness, number of keywords and extra campaigns such as Pay Per Click, email marketing, consultancy and offline advertising. Once we have discussed this with you, we can provide a proposal and an accurate quotation.

We provide continuous optimisation of your website, submission to directories, submission to search engines, web statistics, consultancy, monthly link placements and sitemap generation/submission.
This is for a minimum 9 month service. This is enough time for us to implement an effective campaign and create strong results. After the 9 month you can decide to continue the service, select only our SEO consultancy or alternatively, you are free to cancel the service (although once you've seen the results, we doubt you will want to).

NOTE: This is not just a few submissions to common search engines, this includes full 'on page' and 'off page' search engine optimisation and SEO consultancy. This WILL increase the amount of targeted traffic to your website.

Custom Website Design/Development
Generally includes websites from 4 + pages, professionally designed custom layout, incorporating a logo, graphics, photos, text and enquiry form. More features are available such as Flash animation, audio, video, 3D and interactive 3D. Once we have discussed your site, we can give you an accurate proposal and quotation.

Our custom websites are available to be paid in full on signing of our 'Statement of Services', which attracts a 10% discount, standard terms include 50% paid up front and 50% on completion.

Flash content management is also available for £19.99 per month, allowing you to update your own content within a Flash website.

Online Shop/Ecommerce
We provide ecommerce websites from very basic to incredibly complex, full web 2.0 applications.
Most of our ecommerce enabled websites allow the ability to edit, add, delete and upload products and prices.
For more comprehensive, database driven, ecommerce sites, we can provide fully-featured custom CMS ecommerce platforms connected to back office systems.
Online Shops are available on the same basis as our custom website design. Domain name and hosting can be provided from just £10 per month.

Third party payment gateways
If you would only like customers to select a product and submit the order to you through email, provide cash on delivery, or print and send you the order form with a cheque in the post, there are no other costs.

If you would prefer your customers to be able to select products, go shopping and complete a purchase online, then there will be extra, unavoidable costs involved, the charges are generally:

Paypal integration - 1.4% - 3.4% plus 20p per transaction (25p per withdrawal under £50.00)
Protx - £20 per month for less than 1000 transactions per month, Over 1000 transactions per month incurs 10p per transaction. An internet merchant account is required for this service.
World Pay - Setup fee £200, monthly fee of £30 (Current offer setup fee £75, monthly £15 + discount on card charges). Under £200k without an Internet Merchant Account: turnover 3.75% - 4.5% for credit cards and 45p - 50p for dedit cards. With an Internet Merchant Account 1.35% - 1.6% for credit cards and 18p - 25p for dedit cards.

General Terms
All work will begin on receipt of payment and a signed 'Statement of Services' document (unless a start date is pre-arranged). Any photos, text, audio, video, addresses, logos etc must be sent to us or uploaded through our client management area, within the first two days if you require us to include them in intial designs. You can of course, add or change many of these elements at any time during the build. Concepts will normally be ready within the first 2 - 10 days for your approval.
